Always use on a flat heatproof surface. Simply light the tea light. For best results use in an area with closed windows and doors. Do not leave the tea light unattended and keep away from children and pets.

Due to the size of the tea light we recommend using in a small area. However if intended use is for larger areas we would suggest that you place multiple tea lights of the same fragrance around the desired room space.
